<p>At a swanky dinner party at his island home Dennis Teague, a coal executive, plans to enlist the help of another coal company exec in his fight to reverse global warming not by reducing emissions, but by altering the Earth’s climate through a geoengineering venture, dubbed “The Kimono Project.” Unfortunately a few problems get in the way of his scheme: a cheating wife, an industrial spy, an insubordinate maid/undercover guerrilla filmmaker, and, looming above them all, a deadly volcano threatening to erupt.</p>

<p>Patricia Jang is a Brooklyn-based writer. Some of her plays include <em>The Kimono Project, Yellow Peril 3.0, Regarding the Sloth, Artifact, An Atomic Life, Westward, Aboveboard, Counterspace, The Fix</em>, and<em> Next Paris</em>. Her plays have been read or staged by Ma-Yi Theater, New York Theatre Workshop, New York University, Second Generation, Ensemble Studio Theatre, Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival, Speaking Ring Theatre, Chicago Dramatists, Women’s Theatre Alliance, and Theatre Limina. Mood Indigo, Patricia&#8217;s first screenplay, won the Best Graduate Screenplay award at the Fusion Film Festival. She was awarded the New York Theatre Workshop Playwriting Fellowship, a Donahue Tremaine Residuary grant, the Harry Kondoleon Graduate Award in Playwriting and an Illinois Arts Council fellowship in playwriting and was a finalist for the Yale Drama Series Prize. She is a member of the Ma-Yi Writers’ Lab.  MFA: New York University; BA: Smith College.</p>
